What is included in your maintenance packages?
It depends on the package you pick, but in general it includes:

In our Premium Package, we also offer website user experience heatmaps and consultations, plus UI and UX improvements based on the heatmap data, following industry best practices.
How often do you update websites?
We perform updates on a monthly basis, with changes and updates implemented weekly throughout the month.
What if my website gets hacked?
We take proactive steps to secure your website, though we cannot guarantee 100% security. If your website is ever hacked, we will do everything possible to resolve the issue quickly and minimize any potential damage to your business.
Can you help if my website is slow?
Yes, we analyze your website’s performance and apply solutions such as image optimization, caching, and code minification to ensure fast loading times and an excellent user experience.
Do you provide backups for my website?
Yes. Depending on your choice of hosting provider, we set up regular backups so your data is safe and can be restored in case of an issue. Backups are stored either on the hosting provider’s server or with cloud storage providers like Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive or Dropbox.
